Archetype Leather ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Usually, stock orders ship in 5-7 business days, and 2-3 weeks for made-to-order items to ship. Made-to-order items will be labeled in the product description. Tracking numbers are provided by email upon shipment.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer. 

I work hard to keep  shipping rates reasonable while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and I appreciate your understanding. Shipping costs and credit card/paypal fees are non-refundable. 


Returns & Exchanges
I will gladly accept returns for an exchange or credit for any items purchased from me. Due to the made-to-order nature of my products, I cannot offer refunds of any kind and all sales are final. I am always happy to work with you before you order to make sure the right choice is made.

Please contact us about any Returns or Exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your item.
Archetype Leather will not be responsible for exchange shipping costs. Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with the original tags attached. Please contact me to request a Return Authorization via email at All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once I have approved your return, I will send you further instructions. After your Return is processed, you will be issued a credit for the retail price of the item. Items shipped to me without a Return Authorization will be shipped back to you - please help me help you!
Please note: Archetype Leather cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Archetype Leather.
Because every device screen is calibrated differently, exact color can not be guaranteed. Products are represented through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible. As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.   

“Out of Stock” and “Back Ordered” items will be restocked as soon as possible.

Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Repairs due to normal wear are available at a minimal charge, please contact me at for more info.
